Our highly trained staff is committed to providing exceptional customer service. You will notice that each staff member brings their own uniqueness to the office to help with patient care. Their longevity is proof that they all work well together to make for an efficient, friendly, and inviting environment.

Jenn

Registered Dental Hygienist

Jenn graduated from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, IA in 2001. She has additional qualification in administering anesthesia and nitrous oxide. Jenn moved from eastern Iowa to Woodstock in 2001 and fell in love with the town and community.

She enjoys working with people to improve health and wellness. Her goal is to provide gentle, quality care and helpful oral hygiene instruction; promote prevention; and create a positive overall dental experience for all ages.

Jenn continues to find ways to provide community service by annually participating in City Square Dental’s Veteran’s Day Event. She enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 sons, extended family and friends, gardening, and home improvement projects.

Jodi

Dental Hygienist / Scheduling Coordinator

Jodi is a graduate of Illinois Central College. She is a career professional hygienist with over 40 years of patient-oriented care throughout the Midwest. She has been with City Square Dental for over 10 years, where she has enjoyed helping people enjoy dental care and feel comfortable in the dental setting.

Outside of the office, Jodi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, outdoor activities, and travel.

Camille

Registered Dental Hygienist

Camille has been a registered dental hygienist since 2017. She graduated with her Associates in Dental Hygiene from Fox College. Since then she has been continuing her education to further assist her patients in their overall systemic health starting with what she knows best– the oral cavity. Her main concern is the patient’s comfort and making their dental appointment a positive experience.

Outside of the office Camille loves to spend time with her family, be outdoors in any kind of weather, cooking and baking. Her husband Neil and Camille have a two year old son and a fat orange cat named Flapjack!

Felicia

Dental Assistant

Felicia grew up in the area and graduated from Woodstock High School. She attended First Institute in their dental assisting program and did her externship here at City Square Dental and was hired on after she graduated in 2016.

She enjoys continuing her education and learning cutting-edge dental technology. She prides herself on making sure that her patients feel comfortable during their appointments.

Felicia and her fiancé Cory bought a house in Crystal Lake in 2019.
In their free time they enjoy hanging out with family, friends and their two dogs (Rexx & Jersey) and going on walks.

Julianne

Office Manager

Julianne joins City Square Dental with over 25 years of dental experience as an assistant and front desk coordinator. She enjoys all areas of dentistry, but especially loves being able to help and educate our patients.

Julianne enjoys spending time with her family and 3 dogs. She spent most of her adult life with a “side hustle” as an IHSA Cheerleading coach where she mentored and coached so many amazing young athletes. Julianne is also an avid supporter of dog rescue and adoption.

Aylia

Dental Assistant

Aylia came to us through her externship from First Institute Dental Assisting Program and we scooped her up right after graduation! She is smart, sweet-natured and dedicated to her patient’s well-being.

Aylia is a foodie who loves to eat, spend time with her family, friends, 3 pit bulls and 1 cat. She enjoys listening to music, being outside, staying active, taking walks, playing volleyball and swimming.

Michele Furbush

Administrative Assistant / Financial Coordinator

Michele joins City Square Dental with over 25 years of office experience as an administrative assistant. She is new to the dental world but is learning every day and always has a smile for each patient that she meets.

Michele enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves being in the kitchen trying new recipes and using her family as taste testers. Since she recently moved to Woodstock, when not in the kitchen, Michele enjoys going for long walks getting to know her new hometown.

Nixy Armenta

Dental Assistant

Nixy started with City Square Dental after graduating from 1^st Institute’s Dental Assisting Program. She enjoys helping to provide a comfortable environment for the patients with her friendly, caring and hospitable personality.

In her free time, Nixy enjoys spending time with her friends and family going to concerts, museums and playing board games. She loves animals! Her family farm keeps her busy with horses, goats, chickens, cats and a dog.

Corinna

Registered Dental Hygienist

Corinna is a graduate of Illinois Central College. She wishes to continue her education to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene Management. She worked as a dental assistant for 2 years prior to becoming a dental hygienist. She has many favorite parts of the dental field; every patient is different, everyone offers something new to learn, developing relationships with the patients and helping keep them healthy is the absolute best!

Outside of the office, Corinna enjoys music, loves going to concerts, and spending time with her dog, Cardi. She also loves sports! Her favorite team is the Green Bay Packers.

Karrie

Administrative Assistant/Insurance Coordinator

Karrie joins City Square Dental with over 23 years of experience as an assistant and front des coordinator. She loves to help patients get the most out of their dental benefits and to assist them in maintaining their best overall health.

Karrie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband Paul have 2 kids, Alex 20 and Ashleigh 16, 2 dogs and a cat. In her free time, she enjoys shooting pool with her husband and her team on their Billiards league night. She also loves helping her daughter and her color guard team at their competitions.
