Hours of Operation
Our hours are by appointment only during the following hours:
- Monday 9am-6pm
- Tuesday 7:30am-7pm
- Wednesday 7:30am-7pm
- Thursday 9am-6pm
- Friday 7:30am-2:30pm
Kindly give us 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.
Emergencies
If you are a patient of record, and have a dental emergency, we have an emergency phone line. If you call our office and we are closed, listen to our entire
phone message for the emergency number.
Please call this number and leave your name, patient name, date of last office appointment if you know it, the phone numberwhere you can be reached and a detailed message indicating the dental emergency. You will be called back as soon as possible to be given dental advice.
Referrals
We are always accepting new patients to our practice. Your referral is one of the greatest compliments that you can give us. We would love to meet your family and friends!
Dental insurance
We will file your insurance claims for you. We will kindly accept insurance that is a Traditional or PPO plan. Our office however, does not participate in any PPO,
DMO, or HMO insurance plans.
Traditional plans typically allow you to choose any dentist that you desire. PPO plans allow you to choose a dentist of your choice; our office will be out-of-network. If you are unsure of what type of plan you have, we may be able to find out for you.
Please note that dental insurance is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. We will estimate your out of pocket expenses for you, but you need to remember that this will only be an estimate. Our office is available to assist you with your insurance questions, but in some cases, you may need to contact your insurance carrier directly.
Payments
Our office requires payment at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, you will be asked to pay the estimated out of pocket portion at the time of service. We will
gladly accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
